"I’ve ordered from Ollie's Bargain Outlet a..."
I’ve ordered from Ollie's Bargain Outlet a few times when I’m in the mood to bargain hunt, and overall it’s been fine. Every now and then I’ll find something I actually needed for a really good price, which is always nice. It kind of reminds me of wandering around a discount store in person, where you go in for batteries and somehow end up looking at snacks, socks, and a random garden hose.
The site itself can be a little messy though, and stuff seems to sell out quickly, so you can’t really get too attached to anything in your cart. Shipping was okay for me, not lightning fast but not terrible either. I’d probably shop there again, but more as a “let’s see what they have” kind of thing than a place I’d count on for something specific.

The store was okay overall, but the floors actually looked like they needed a good cleaning. The shelves were mostly fine though, so it wasn’t a terrible experience.

"Doesn’t feel like a bargain anymore"
I used to browse ollies.us often because I could usually find a decent deal, but lately it just hasn’t felt worth it. A lot of the prices seem way too close to what I’d pay at a regular store, and some of the stuff looks like older stock that should be marked down more. Once shipping gets added in, the savings pretty much disappear. I know they market themselves as a bargain place, but it’s starting to feel like they’re more focused on squeezing out a profit than actually giving customers a good deal.

The site was really easy to use, and I found what I needed quickly. i kind of regret not checking it out sooner.

"Checkout price didn’t match the shelf"
The shelf price was lower, but when I got to the register it rang up higher, always frustrating. The staff fixed it for one of the items, but not the other, so that was kind of annoying.
"Good deals and the dates weren't too bad"
I grabbed a few snacks and some pantry basics from Ollie's Bargain Outlet, and the first thing I did when the box showed up was check all the expiration dates.
Most of the stuff wasn't nowhere near expiring, which was a relief. A lot of it had several months left, so I didn’t have no real issue with that. One box was a little closer to the date than I expected, but it was still fine to use.
Overall, I’m happy with what I got and the deals were good. I just wish they showed the dates before you buy, because that would make it a little easier to decide.

"Refund was a little slow, but it worked out"
I had to wait a few days for my refund to show up, which was a bit annoying, but it did come through without any real hassle. Support was decent, not super warm or anything, but they answered my questions. Compared to some other places I’ve ordered from where refunds feel like pulling teeth, this was still smooth overall. I’d probably shop here again.

I stopped by Ollie’s and did get help finding something I was looking for, which I appreciated. That said, it felt a little like I was inconveniencing the staff when I asked. Checkout went smoothly, so no complaints there. Overall, my visit wasn’t bad, but it didn’t really stand out either. A little more friendliness would’ve made the experience better

"Good brands without the high prices"
I shop at Ollie’s often because the brand selection is way better than I expected. I’ve found name-brand snacks, books, and stuff for the house at prices that actually feel fair. In a time when everything costs so much, it’s nice to find a place that doesn’t make you feel like you’re getting taken advantage of. Plus, it’s always kind of fun to walk around and see what’s there.

I ordered a few things from ollies.us and the whole process was really easy from start to finish. Everything arrived looking good overall. A couple of the boxes had small dents, but the items inside were perfectly fine with no damage or missing pieces. For the price, I was really happy with the condition and would definitely order again.

"Online inventory can be a letdown"
I do like shopping at Ollie’s when the stuff I’m looking for is actually there. The prices are usually solid, and it’s kind of fun to browse, but the online inventory has been unreliable for me. I’ve checked ollies.us before heading over, seen items listed as available, and then got to the store only to find out they didn’t have them.
After it happened more than once, I started feeling like maybe checking the website isn’t really saving me anything. It’s still a good place for deals, but availability feels like a gamble. Would be nice if the stock info was updated a little better so people aren’t making trips for nothing.

I tried to check out, but it was so slow that I eventually just gave up. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was supposed to be handling the problem. It felt like the site was stuck, and there was no obvious support or owner to turn to.

I had a really easy time shopping here. The store layout made sense, and the signs helped me find what I was looking for quickly. The aisles were clean and organized too, which made the whole process way smoother than I expected.

I used the store finder to look up my nearest Ollie’s, and it found it without any trouble. The hours seemed accurate too, which was helpful. The only small thing was that the map pin was a little off, but overall it worked fine 👍

i mean, Ollies.us does have some good deals, but the promo details were kind of confusing. I had to click around a bit to figure out what actually counted. It wasn’t a bad experience, I just think the wording could be clearer.

"Convenient, but the parking lot can be a hassle"
I stop by the Ollie’s near me every now and then, mostly when I’m already out running errands. It’s in a useful spot, especially since there are other stores nearby, so it makes sense to swing in if I’m in the area.
The only downside is getting in and out isn’t always as simple as you’d hope. The parking lot can be a bit frustrating, and traffic around there tends to back up at certain times, which can turn a quick stop into more of a chore.
Overall, it’s a decent place and the location is convenient enough. I just wouldn’t pick it if I was in a real hurry, because common sense says the traffic and parking situation can slow you down
